Each lookup is a burned home in Pacific Palisades that does not yet have a building application on file. The page shows the lot. It does not show the owner.
Lot
Area, and the width and depth used to understand the pad. These come from the parcel record. They are not a survey.
Zoning
The zone on file, including Palisades single-family variations such as R1V1 and R1H1 when that is what the record says.
Earlier building
The recorded area of the house that stood there, and a rebuild basis from that same record.
Permit stage
Whether a building application is on file. If one is already in process, the address is not in this public search.
Living area
A preliminary figure for the lot, shown so you can discuss the size of a future house. You can change it. It is not a City approval.

An earth view of Pacific Palisades. Each point is an address in this dataset. Choosing a point opens that lot.
What is never on the public page
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and payment records stay off the public site. Searching an address does not create an account and does not authorize anyone to visit the property.
Records can be incomplete. Confirm anything that will be built with a survey and with the City of Los Angeles. The City’s rebuilding overview is at recovery.lacity.gov/rebuilding.
